Procedures, Documentation and Validation
GMP on the whole has a
great deal to do with clear, accurate and accessible records
for operations, of testing and results, of procedures
and variances. Keeping an accurate and understandable
paper trail of all pre-production, manufacturing, packaging
and warehouse procedures is a significant component of
GMP compliance.
3.
Equipment and Facilities
When it comes to the equipment
and facilities used to create Inovobiologic Inc. products, every aspect has been planned, controlled
and checked for quality and consistency. Each piece of
equipment has a cleaning and maintenance schedule. Each
mechanism is calibrated as required and then tested to
ensure that all machines are operating at peak performance
levels.
Rigid standards of cleanliness
are maintained throughout the entire production facility.
4.
Employee Training and Participation
GMP doesn't just happen. It takes careful planning, consistent
management and dedication from each employee throughout
the organization. Our Quality Assurance, manufacturing,
packaging, distribution and facilities management are
all required to take GMP training and follow Standard
Operating Procedures for their areas. Everyone takes responsibility
for keeping their areas in GMP compliance and this makes
it possible for us to offer our customers guaranteed products
every time.
